The 3-payment structure

Payment schedules cannot be overlooked. The standard structure: 3 payments.

A strategy call is $100 (charge $50 if you haven't built 10+ sites with exceptional reviews) — subtract that from the total if we agree to do business.

• 1/3 deposit to get started — non-negotiable
• 1/3 at mid-pointafter client reviews and you complete edits, mobile optimization, SEO workup
• Final 1/3 at launchdo not hand over admin access or do DNS config until this is received

This ensures you don't waste your time and the client sees progress the entire way. Win-win.
